  Connie's Construction Cleaning offers "move-out" cleaning for empty homes and/or apartments. We have flexible hours to accommodate your dates. We work for apartment and condominium owners as well as realtors and individual owners. We can clean at your convenience.  Just give us a call to arrange a meeting and review of the premisses. We'll give you an estimate and a contract for our services.
  
  
• NEW CONSTRUCTION HOMES
  We work for many of our areas' respected builders. We take pride in doing quality work in a timely manner. We offer competitive pricing and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. References are available. Please call and we'll be happy to schedule an estimate for all your new construction cleaning needs. We can clean your new construction in two cleanings if you prefer.
  We will do a rough cleaning and a finial cleaning. One-half of the cost to be made after the rough cleaning and your inspection. The remaining payment will be billed after the final cleaning and your inspection. 
  
  
• NEW COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
  Like our New Construction Home cleaning, we work for many of our areas' respected commercial builders as well. We offer competitive pricing and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. • OFFICE BUILDINGS
  Our commercial services are available seven days per week, both during and after office hours. Our cleaning can range from basic trash removal to a full service cleaning. • OCCUPIED HOMES
  Please call Connie's Construction Cleaning to schedule your free estimate. We offer a pricing for weekly, biweekly, or monthly residential cleaning services. Our home cleaning service is available Monday through Friday with flexible hours. Our goal is to complete each job to the client's satisfaction.
